A performance improvement specialist with more than 20 years’ experience of co-creating sustainable change in complex organisations, James is our Chief Operating Officer.

 
 

James is a VP and our COO, focused on creating people led, breakthrough transformation. He specialises in leadership development, mobilisation and communication, and restoring flow to organisations – with the emphasis on performance led cultural change in large businesses with multiple locations. His work has taken him to many different countries, including Switzerland, Germany, the US, Australia and Hong Kong. James’ experience spans our service offerings, and he has been instrumental in numerous major change programs, developing the climate and pace for sustainable transformation.

James has worked in telecoms, retail, pharmaceuticals, utilities, leisure and hospitality, professional services and charitable trusts. He joined us in 2008, and in one of his previous lives spent several years at Vodafone, delivering cross-functional change projects for the UK Board.

With a BSocSc. in political science and an MSc in international management, James is KAI and MBTI accredited. He lives in Oxfordshire, enjoys playing guitar, cycling and the very occasional game of hockey.
