Having been with us since 2001, Roger is an experienced change manager with more than 25 years’ experience in blue-chip client engagements.

Roger’s skills lie in change management, process improvement/continuous improvement, mobilisation & communication. Specialising in business transformation, he has overseen our work with Walgreens’ Eastern Division in the US. He has also worked in the UK and Europe with clients including Syngenta, Severn Trent Water and Kelda Group. His sector experience spans travel and transport, utilities, healthcare, automotive, financial services, retail, telecoms and heavy manufacturing.

Roger consistently earns the respect and trust of clients and colleagues alike and is known for generating enthusiasm. Starting from rigorous ‘whole system’ analysis, and with a clear focus on the business case, he is committed to delivering sustainable improvements through shared experience. His projects place an emphasis on results and tangible delivery through collaboration, teamwork and the development of individual and team capabilities. As an experienced facilitator, Roger is as comfortable in the boardroom as on the shop-floor.

After a grounding in consumer goods sales and marketing with Spillers Foods Ltd, he gained an MBA from London Business School and has been in consulting ever since, initially with Gemini Consulting.

Roger holds a BA in English Literature from Bristol University, an MBA from London Business School, and ILM Level 7 coaching qualification. He is married and lives in Bristol, where he owns a large garden and a small collection of guitars. Sometimes he gets to play the guitars.
