With 15 years’ experience in leading complex, multi-million dollar projects, Peggy joined us in 2018 as a principal consultant in the US.

Peggy specialises in leadership, change leadership, talent development, strategy developing and execution, innovation, and culture optimisation in global organisations. She brings in-depth experience in healthcare, energy & utilities, financial services, technology, manufacturing and automotive, having worked in the US, Canada, South America, Europe and China.

One of her many strengths is quickly getting to the heart of an issue by gleaning insights from data and identifying elusive connections and patterns, in order to create thoughtful, pragmatic solutions rooted in theory and best practice.

Peggy is a systematic thinker who understands complex issues while communicating in a clear, easy-to-grasp way. She understands who people truly are, what makes them unique, and what matters most to them – and she is renowned for helping teams to align around a common goal, optimize their dynamics and get things done.

She loves nothing better than witnessing leaders having ‘Aha!’ moments, empowering people to be their most authentic selves, and facilitating sustainable, transformative experiences by embedding innovation and change capabilities.

Peggy holds a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, a MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology, and a BA in Psychology from Benedictine University. She is a graduate of Coach U’s Core Essentials Program, a certified NLP practitioner, and is also certified in numerous assessments including Hogan, OPQ, 16-PF, EQi, and the LEA.

Based in Chicago with her dog Bolt (a Golden Retriever who lives up to his name), Peggy teaches and practices Reiki and meditation, and enjoys going for long runs by the water. As a keen cook, she loves inventing new recipes and trying them out on her friends.
