Neil is a programme and change management lead with deep supply chain and procurement experience internationally.

Neil’s skills lie in change management within complex transformation programmes, programme management in large, multi-stakeholder organisations, and business performance improvement and results delivery. His specialisms are supply chain and procurement, particularly in manufacturing or construction, and customer-focused major programme implementation.

Having worked on transformation and improvement programmes for clients including Walgreens and Boots, Neil’s nickname within the company is ‘The Prospector’ as he has a knack for finding the ‘nuggets of gold’ in the most complex of business situations. He is pragmatic, enthusiastic and focused on outcomes, helping leaders to unlock the potential in their businesses and themselves.

Neil started his career in the public sector and then automotive manufacturing with Rover Group and Caterpillar, gaining insight into lean and continuous improvement techniques. He moved into consulting with Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, working across a wide range of industries including utilities, banking, retail, construction and transport.

Neil has a BA in Economics from Manchester University. He is also MCIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply) and MSP (Prince 2) accredited. He enjoys writing and recording his own music, sometimes enlisting support from his wife and two children at the family home in Lincolnshire.
