A people and change specialist with more than 16 years’ consulting experience, Natalie has worked with Egremont since 2002 and today is our Chief of Staff with accountability for marketing and operations.

Natalie has overseen leadership, lean process and employee engagement projects within multi-million pound business transformation programmes – mainly in retail and utilities, although her experience also spans life sciences and the not-for-profit sector. Her work has taken her to the US and Europe, with clients including Walgreens, Shell, Tesco and Severn Trent Water.

Natalie’s nickname is ‘The Storyteller’. Whether she’s writing articles for us on our latest thinking or encouraging leaders to think differently, she understands the power of stories to unlock potential. She is passionate about helping individuals to be who they want to be at work, and is valued by clients and colleagues for her thoughtfulness and pragmatism.

Before joining us, Natalie worked for the Hay Group, CGEY, Coats Viyella and Jaeger. She holds a BA in modern languages from Cambridge University and an MA in creative writing from Lancaster University. She is an NLP practitioner and is MBTI accredited.

A published children’s author, Natalie lives in the Lake District with her husband, two daughters and a menagerie of pets – and sometimes finds time to work on her latest novel.
