Matt joined us in 2019, bringing a customer-centric, data-driven approach to business transformation in retail.

As an internationally focused professional, he has a strong track record in developing business strategies and growth planning, using data-driven modelling, market trends and regional variance. Driven and determined, he combines a collaborative approach with a keen eye for detail, and has a flair for building relationships with people at all levels of client companies.

Matt previously worked with the ecommerce consultancy Practicology, where he had a pivotal role in both spearheading project delivery and developing business leads for a wide range of clients including Google, Moët, and Pandora.

Before this, as International Business Development Manager at Debenhams, he was influential in managing Debenhams’ entry into seven key international markets, and oversaw the opening of 42 new overseas franchise stores.

Matt holds a BSc in Financial Computing (First Class with Honours) from Brunel University. As a trustee of Ali’s Dream, a charity funding research into brain tumours in children, Matt has represented the charity at the House of Commons. In his spare time, he enjoys organising and playing regular games of golf.
