A people-centred analyst with the ability to transform complex data into a simple story, Joe joined the team early in 2019.

Joe brings a passion for working collaboratively and great change management and communication skills. Specialising in cultural change, he has particular strengths in empowering people to understand complex systems by creating logical pathways.

He works on every aspect of a project, from creating diagnostics and analysing data right through to developing and implementing solutions. Joe also carries out research relating to the future of the retail market and in-depth overviews of a number of sectors.

Before moving into consulting, Joe was instrumental in a number of collaborative international volunteering projects in Vietnam, Nepal and Costa Rica, involving conservation, people care and teaching.

He holds a first-class BA (Hons) degree in Philosophy from Durham University, where he represented the university at chess and captained his college’s football team. His thesis, which made connections between neuroscience, ethics and psychology, received a high first. Aspects of his learning support his consultancy work every day, including high level logical analysis and finely-honed organisational skills.

Outside of work, Joe has an eclectic mix of interests including chess, football, running, pool, coarse angling and skiing.
