Henry joined us in 2014 and is a performance focused analyst helping our clients with strategic insights.

With a sound grip on trends and market analysis, Henry’s specialist expertise lies in future back thinking, diagnostics, balanced scorecard creation and training. His analytical, project management and coaching skills have played an important role in sustainable performance improvement as part of our transformation work with Walgreens and several other clients.

Henry brings to his work a genuine curiosity around the cultural aspects of organisations and industries and a deep commitment to helping the people he works with. He has boundless enthusiasm for deconstructing and resolving challenges and infectious energy when it comes to meeting new people, establishing close working relationships and providing truly bespoke insights and recommendations.

Before joining us, Henry worked in strategy consulting for a range of multi-national organisations, helping to stress test their strategies though scenario planning methodologies. He also worked as a financial analyst for Coca-Cola, and designed a corporate university for one of the world’s largest wealth managers.

Henry’s work has taken him to the US and France as well as the UK, and he is fluent in Brazilian Portuguese. With a BA in politics and philosophy, his interests include Thai boxing and international affairs.
