As part of the Egremont way of life, we organise team days every two months. These days incorporate training, workshops and problem solving games – they are always fun and really get your mind working! 

Just as importantly, team days are a great way to reconnect with colleagues, exchange stories and to bring the team up to speed with what has been happening within the business, and on projects, since the last meeting.

“We often have projects running simultaneously, all over the UK & Europe - team days are a great chance for everyone in the business to get together in one place and catch up – I really look forward to them!”... These days are usually followed by a night out at a restaurant, pub or bar; which is really an excuse for us all to relax outside of the office and have some more fun!

Anually we run a intensive one week off site (that we call Egremont University) for the entire Egremont team. During this week, we diagnose and solve real business problems, participate in training and workshops and challenge our thinking. As well as being great for the team’s development, the week also gives us the opportunity to celebrate our successes and to get to know each other better.
