Our report, Curioisty, Collaboration and Chameleons, describes how HR Directors have handled the recession and how they are tackling the future from which we draw conclusions about the role of HR Directors and how they can best support their organisations. The insights we gathered, alongside our client work from 2010, have also enabled us to build a view of what makes a healthy organisation fit for today and ready for tomorrow. We touch on that briefly in this report and are currently revising an “organisation health test” which we will launch before Easter.
