Sue is one of the Directors of Egremont and has spent much of her professional career helping consumer-facing businesses drive significant improvement in sales and profitability. The route to improvement can vary from revisiting the business or commercial strategy, improving the operations of the business or releasing the latent potential of teams

She has led many business transformation programmes for companies varying from global blue chip organisations to small niche companies who want to apply the leading edge retailing skills of the best in the industry

Sue specialises in retail, leisure and travel and is often asked to comment about these sectors in the media.  She is very experienced in supporting mergers and acquisitions and working with private equity companies during their evaluation and post-acquisition phases. 

Before becoming a director at Egremont, Sue worked for Gemini Consulting, where she had leading roles in the Retail and Leisure Travel divisions.  This followed a period in the US working in airline and airport development, where she also studied for her MBA.

Sue lives in Surrey and seems to spend all her spare time checking out the latest in retail with her three teenage daughters.
