Sean Connolly
Sean Connolly is a Director with Egremont and has been consulting at board level with global and European businesses for the last 20 years.
A specialist in business change and people leadership, he has designed and led a number of successful, results driven transformation programmes and improvement projects with some of the biggest companies in the FTSE 100. These projects have covered topics such as lean process redesign supported by behavioural change, innovation process and application, international post-merger integration, off-shoring and global HR strategy development and implementation.
The sectors Sean specialises in are life sciences, chemicals, retail, manufacturing and utilities. Over the last 15 years, he has designed a number of change acceleration tools used by many large European organisations today, including an approach to high performance teams and the "Attention Model", an approach which integrates type theories of behaviour and helps individuals and teams focus on what is really important. In 2008, Sean became Visiting Professor of Organisational Change and Development at Birmingham City Business School, one of the largest business schools in the UK.
Before becoming a director at Egremont, Sean worked for Gemini Consulting, Stoy Hayward, HP and IBM. He holds an MSc (Econ) from LSE and BSc (Hons) from Bath University. He is also qualified to administer psychometric tests including MBTI, OPQ and KAI.
Sean lives in the West Country and enjoys sailing, surfing, running and music making with his three children.
