Simon is an experienced Project Manager and has led a number of assignments across Europe and the US, with several multinational companies over the last 12 years.

Simon specialises in strategy development and business transformation - from the development of strategic objectives through to the processes, people and technology required to deliver them. He has significant experience in customer and corporate insight and driving change through performance measurement including the balanced business scorecard.

Simon has particular experience in the retail, retail distribution and media sectors and also has an interest in the not-for-profit sector.

Prior to joining Egremont, Simon was a senior manager with one of the UK’s leading retail and distribution groups and also worked for Deloitte Consulting and ITIM Consulting. He has a degree in Actuarial Science from the London School of Economics.

Simon lives in Surrey and loves to spend quality time with his wife and two daughters – ideally reading, cooking and having fun, but, occasionally, he likes to sneak out for a round of golf.
