Faraz Nagree is a Consultant with Egremont, and since joining has developed a deep understanding of Hothousing, Organisational Design, Benefits Tracking and Change Management.

Recently, he has worked on a number of interesting projects across various sectors:

• Hothousing for one of Australia's largest retailers
• Helping a major UK Utilities provider launch and embed significant systems and business change, using our Lean Plus methodology
• Working with a multinational chemicals company to help them to define and plan their health and safety global 5 year strategy

Faraz has also been working with other members of the Egremont team to develop our Future back thinking methodology - which helps businesses plan for the future by altering their normal thinking patterns and looking at the effects of current and future trends on the world of tomorrow.

Faraz graduated from the LSE in 2005 with a BSC in Management Sciences, and in his spare time enjoys travelling, good food, movies, snowboarding and scuba diving.
