Elliott joined Egremont in 2008 as a Business Analyst. He holds a BA (Hons) degree in Human Geography from the University of Exeter.

Since becoming part of the team, Elliott has worked on a number of different projects. These have ranged from producing rigorous business analysis and benchmarking for a major UK retailer's corporate center, to operational change and process development within UK utilities. Elliott specialises in creating workable solutions to complex business situations, and empowering teams and individuals to thrive by effectively carrying out their vsisions and actions.

Away from work, Elliott is a professionaly qualified sailing, windsurfing and power-boating instructor and is therefore usually found in the sea at weekends! He is also a fanatical rugby supporter, and holds season tickets to Bath Rugby.
