Elliott is a consultant at Egremont, having joined as a Business Analyst in 2008. He holds a BA (Hons) degree in Human Geography from the University of Exeter.

Elliott’s recent projects have ranged from producing rigorous analysis and benchmarking for a major UK retailer’s Corporate Centre, to significant organisational development and strategy implementation in a UK utility. Elliott specialises in seeing the big picture in complex business situations, overcoming accepted ‘barriers’ and challenges with new and different ways of thinking, and facilitating and coaching teams and individuals to effectively implement changes in their organisations.

Outside of work, Elliott is a watersports enthusiast and professionally qualified instructor, and is usually seeking out wind and waves... Otherwise he can be found on a rugby pitch, or in the stands at The Rec in Bath.
