Cherayar is a Managing Consultant and has been with Egremont since 2003.

Cherayar is an experienced consultant specialising in retail and leisure and has led a number of projects both in the UK and internationally. Cherayar is one of Egremont's Hothousing specialists, having implemented the methodology across a range of sectors. She also has significant experience in business transformation, balanced scorecard design and implementation, retail concept development, process re-engineering and organisation redesign.

Prior to joining Egremont Cherayar worked for Philips Electronics. Gemini Consulting and L'Oreal Paris. She studied PPE (BA Hons) at Oxford and has good spoken knowledge of both French and German.

Cherayar lives in London and enjoys cycling and walking and loves good food and good wine.
