Anticipating the Future
Over the last four years, we have been helping a number of clients overcome their current challenges, whilst being mindful of what we know is going to happen over the next decade. This has helped them not only drive sales and reduce costs but also ‘future-proof’ their organisations. Our work and its associated research tells us that to thrive in the 2010’s organisation’s need to: understand what is happening in the external environment, recognise that life is changing faster than ever before, start facing into and dealing with their underlying issues and whilst doing all of this, build pace and flexibility.
Our approach to anticipating the future includes creating the world of 2020 to stimulate and disturb our clients' traditional thinking patterns whilst also working through the practical implications of what they need to do to respond to known predictive trends like population growth. We have used this future back work with clients to drive fresh, dynamic strategic thinking, organisation design, innovation and operational improvement.
