Innovation
Example 1
Client: Life Sciences Company
Our client is the world's leading life sciences business, a result of a merger between large British and Swiss global businesses. They recognised that the global landscape they were operating in was increasingly subject to a number of significant changes. As a response the global Supply Chain organisation felt that they had to develop their senior managers, operators and policy makers...to help them become more flexible, adaptive and ultimately innovative.
Our project was to design and deliver an approach, which would generate and manifest greater creativity and innovation throughout the global supply chain organisation, whilst delivering significant, step change, improvements in performance. Find out how we did exactly that.
Example 2
Client: Major Health Care Retailer
After recently undergoing a significant head office cost cutting operation, our client was faced with flat sales and margins. Increasing competition from new market entrants such as Tesco and Sainsbury, as well as from existing competitors meant that they were losing market share in an underperforming industry. These issues were exacerbated by poor internal stakeholder relationships.
Our client asked us to help them frame and develop the new operating model and retail concept that would simultaneously prepare the business for the future and respond to the immediate pressures. Find out how we took the senior stakeholders on a journey into the future and back that was both imaginative and practical and encouraged them to think outside their existing mindset, experience and dataset.
