Balanced Scorecard
The majority of our strategy implementation and change management projects have balanced scorecard as the key lever we use to drive and sustain performance improvements. Occasionally we are asked to design and help implement a balanced scorecard approach outside the framework of these projects - below is an example where we asked to design a scorecard approach that could then be cascaded throughout the organisation.

Opportunity: to help the Executive team develop and embed a balanced scorecard as a precursor to rolling it out across the organisation
How we helped:
- Aligned the Executive team around a vision and road map for the future that would support the delivery of the 3 year plan
