The majority of our strategy implementation and change management projects have balanced scorecard as the key lever we use to drive and sustain performance improvements. Occassionally we are asked to design and help implement a balanced scorecard approach outside the framework of these projects. Here is an example where we were asked to design a scorecard approach for a leading UK electrical retailer that could then be cascaded throughout the organisation.
