We understand the need for a balance between work and play to ensure we continue to get the best out of our people. For that reason, only in exceptional circumstances will one of the team spend more than three nights of the week away from home. 

Our model of working four days on-site with clients means that there is always time set aside for personal development, catching up with colleagues, and reflection.

We run Egremont University once a year where the core team will spend a few days away together. This is an opportunity for learning and development and also for the team to reconnect.

You will also be encouraged to get involved with various activities in aid of our company charities. These have included: running marathons, baking cakes, rowing across seas, volunteering locally or joining the team on the London to Brighton ride.
