In addition to our core team we also offer an "associate model" where individuals can work with us on specific project teams under the Egremont banner.

We treat our associates as a valued member of the team and include them in our regular updates and training sessions. All our associates are introduced to the "Egremont Way and Values" before starting work on client projects to ensure that they have the confidence and framework from which to work and we have the comfort of knowing that they will be viewed as, and will act as, a seamless member of our team.
