In this gloomy economic climate, companies are continuing to implement cost cutting initiatives, but a recent survey of senior HR professionals revealed that only a third of companies are seeing any improvement in efficiency as a result, with two thirds reporting that they couldn’t see how their actions had any impact on their organisation’s performance.
