We strongly believe in learning by doing and developing the capability of those who work with us (your people and ours). To that end, we are delighted that one of our Directors, Sean Connolly, has recently been appointed as Visiting Professor of Organisational Change and Development at Birmingham City Business School. As well as sharing his business knowledge with the faculty team and giving talks to both post graduates and business leaders, in partnership with the university Sean has been developing a practise based Post Graduate Diploma in business transformation with the option of taking it further to an MSc.

This is now available to all our clients who are working with us on significant transformation projects, enabling them to really learn from the work that they are doing with us and to emerge from the project with enhanced business results, skills and for the first time, a university qualification. We are sure that our clients will see the potential of this exciting new approach to management/education development.
