New World Challenges

Birmingham City Business School is running a Symposia Series of lectures on the theme of "New World Challenges - Beyond recession." As visiting Professor of Organisational Change and Development at Birmingham City Business School, Sean Connolly was delighted to kick the series off with his lecture: "Surviving This Decade and Thriving in the 2010s."

Sean discussed what separates the winners from the losers today and how we, as organisations and individuals, need to prepare to thrive amidst the exponential changes we are facing in the future.
