Lean Government

We were delighted to run a masterclass at the Public Service Event on Lean Government on the 30th September.  Faced with increasing budget cuts and a need to deliver a high quality service with fewer resources, many public sector organisations are turning to Lean principles as the answer to their issues.  Our masterclass used a case study to explore how our Lean Plus methodology wraps change management principles around traditional Lean tools and takes a systems approach to change.  The result, as Caroline Taplin from Severn Trent Water described for us on the day, is rapid sustainable transformation of culture and results.
